The forks are adjustable, approximately 60cm long and 30cm wide each, with a stated 12cm minimum spacing. Measure the pallet entry height, opening width and deck depth before ordering. For a stable lift, both forks must enter squarely, support at least three-quarters of the pallet depth and carry the load centrally.
No. The 800W electric system raises and lowers the forks; the 65kg stacker is positioned manually on its wheels. The remote operates lifting and lowering only. Plan for a firm, level route and enough clear aisle space to align the forks without pulling or pushing a raised load sideways.
The supplied specification states a 300kg load capacity and a 1.6m maximum lift height. Capacity depends on a stable, centred load that stays within the fork footprint. Do not exceed 300kg, lift people, use a damaged pallet or treat the forks as a work platform.
Use it on a hard, level surface that can support the stacker and loaded pallet. Check the rack bay rating, pallet condition, beam clearance and approach aisle before lifting. Keep pedestrians outside the operating area and lower the forks before repositioning the stacker.
The 12V 20Ah battery is stated to provide approximately 2-3 hours per full charge; actual time varies with load weight and lift frequency. Recharge in a dry, ventilated area with the specified charger. The frame can be dismantled for transport, but its 65kg weight still requires suitable lifting help and secure restraint in the vehicle.
