Warranty & Support Policy

PROPICK provides a 12-month warranty support pathway on eligible products.

Warranty scope

Warranty support applies to eligible manufacturing faults under normal intended use. It does not cover misuse, incorrect setup, commercial overuse beyond the confirmed purpose, modification, consumables, cosmetic wear, freight damage after handover or customer-arranged transport issues.

Assessment

PROPICK may require photos, video, troubleshooting, serial details, inspection or return of parts before a remedy is confirmed. Do not keep using a product that appears unsafe or damaged.

Legal rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies rights that cannot legally be excluded under New Zealand law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where it applies.
