Return & Refund Policy

Returns are assessed carefully because many PROPICK products are bulky, specialist or limited-batch items.

Approval required

Email propicknz@gmail.com before returning any item. Unapproved returns may be refused, returned to sender or held until freight and handling costs are paid.

Change of mind

Change-of-mind returns are not automatic. If approved, the item must be unused, unassembled, clean, complete and in original packaging. Return freight, insurance, payment fees and reasonable restocking or condition costs may be deducted where permitted.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or materially different from the confirmed order, contact us promptly with photos and order details. Remedies may include troubleshooting, parts, repair, replacement, refund or another practical solution.
